Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-7 days for the US warehouse or 10-25 days for the Vietnam warehouse to process your order containing in-stock items. For preorders/pre-purchase items, please read the descriptions for accurate processing time (1-2 months)
All orders will receive automated emails from Shopify containing tracking information after they have been sent out.
STORE PICKUP
At the moment, Yuutea does not have the option for store pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
At the moment, Yuutea does not have the option to deliver locally.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Yuutea offers international shipping to all countries except a select few. The list of unavailable countries will be adjusted accordingly depending on our shipping couriers and/or international situations.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Yuutea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; it is the customer's responsibility.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Yuutea accepts returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs and possible payment fees for the return. However, there are certain situations in which we will be unable to process the request to return/refund/exchange:
We cannot refund most pre-orders that have moved into production stages and were placed more than two months in advance. With preorders, the quantity is determined by the minimum quantity to produce plus the actual number of orders. Exceptions to this can still be made, and we encourage you to contact our store to discuss such exceptions.
We cannot return or exchange item(s) for orders in the UK/EU because we cannot transport exchanged items outside the region agent's range of transportation. For any UK/EU orders with quality issues and/or personal dissatisfaction, please read our Refund policies for more information.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wondercircus.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

LOST PACKAGE POLICIES
Our packages are insured through Shopify's integrated policies with the respective postage companies. Should your package go missing or be stolen, please let us know within 15 to 45 days if your tracking remains unchanged; your package will be resent after we have received our reimbursement from the postage company responsible for your lost package. Should the item(s) in your lost package not currently be in stock, we will send you an estimate on our restocking period or offer a 50% refund. (Not applicable for lost package due to wrongly provided addresses)
We also offer a refund or the ability to resend your package(s) if we mistakenly provide the shipping address. Otherwise, we will not offer a refund or resend the package(s).
Note that we do not have any control over your package(s) once they are left to the postage company for shipping; we will strive our best to work on the best solution for your problems and ask for your patience and understanding in return.
