- All ACRYLIC items come with protective films on both sides. Please carefully peel it off from the corner using a soft and non-abrasive tool. After removal, it should have a glossy and polished surface. (Except FROSTED ACRYLIC material) 
- Please remember to record yourself unpacking. If there is a problem with missing or damaged items, I will resolve it based on the recorded video.
